Fuel Economy - What do you get out of a tank? (3rd gens only)

i totaly give up with my trip computer i reset this morning and says i'll get 410 til empty and im like wtf, i just filled a full F**ed full tank,71l of petrol and only getting 410km out of tank , i'll probably should stayed with my tr t if i'm getting 410km

How many kms did you get on the trip meter before you filled up? (not how many til your tank is empty).
If i was you Erik i'd get the car checked out for any worn items in the engine bay, it appears the owner didn't really care about the car and who knows what they haven't had fixed?
Could be causing your poor fuel economy.

it read 350km before i reset itt/filled up, i will be getting the car check out when my major service is due when it hits 105000km so after then gets done, i hope my fuel ecnomy changes, i'm gona go for a mini cruiose with my car 2day and see if it makes a differance if not i'm just going have to wait til my service is due tell mitz about and see if they can fix it.

That's really poor economy mate, if i was you i'd get the mechanic to change ALL fluids, ALL filters, maybe even all the gaskets (prob done as its a major service anyway)? may cost you an extra 1-200 bucks but will have your car running like new.
There's no way it should be that bad.
